The Logitech MK270 and the Logitech MK275 both come with a full-size keyboard and a compact mouse. The MK270 has the K270 keyboard and the M185 mouse, however, the model numbers aren’t listed for the Logitech MK275.
Connection
With the Logitech MK270 and the Logitech MK275, you will receive a nano receiver that allows for a 2.4 GHz connection. The product description states the Logitech MK270 has an advanced connection but they both have a 10 m range. Be careful because the nano receiver is attached to the lid of the box.
Mouse Features
The computer mouses with the Logitech MK270 and the Logitech MK275 are both contoured and with an ambidextrous design. They have accurate tracking along with left and right buttons and a scroll wheel. Again, it might be a case of missing information but the Logitech MK270 is advertised as optical.

Appearance
It’s a personal choice but not a huge difference in the design.
Logitech MK270
The keyboard is 0.9 x 17.38 x 5.8 inches and weighs 17.4 ounces. The mouse is just 1.5 x 2.35 x 3.9 inches and weighs 2.6 ounces.
Logitech MK275
There is no information on the size and weight of the keyboard and mouse. The only noticeable difference is the blue rim around the mouse and the blue hotkeys.

Compatibility
There is some confusion with Logitech wireless keyboards and computer mouses. As they are both plug-and-play, you can connect them to any device with a USB port. Some operating systems are not compatible with the Logitech software and so you won’t be able to personalize your controls.
Logitech MK270
You can use this combo set with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and 8. It is also compatible with Chrome OS
Logitech MK275
The is only mention of using this set with Windows.

Again, the keyboards have practically the same features with one potential difference.
Logitech MK270
There is a standard built-in number pad, shortcut keys and media keys. The 8 hotkeys enable you to open your favorite apps at the touch of a button. This keyboard is spill-resistant.
Logitech MK275
The controls are all the same, but we can’t confirm that the keyboard is spill-resistant.

Battery Life
The average battery life will depend on the type of use. The keyboards and mouses have power on and off buttons so you can help maintain the battery life. Also, the batteries are included with both combo sets.

Pros:

Pros:

- The keyboard is laid out with plenty of space
- The blue rim on the mouse looks nice
Cons:
- Perhaps not Logitech’s. best quality materials
The Final Verdict
We have noticed various complaints that the nano receiver was not included. Many people think it is missing but do carefully check the box lid. Speaking of the nano receiver, they are excellent and very much plug and play for both the Logitech MK270 and the Logitech MK275. The wireless range was good and overall, it made both combos set very convenient. Other things that we loved about the Logitech MK270 and the Logitech MK275 were the 8 hotkeys and caps lock light indicator, but many missed the num and scroll lock indicators.
The blue details of the Logitech MK275 were very nice. This wasn’t enough to make it today’s winner. It does help a great deal when product information is clear but even with the details we have, the longer battery life and extra compatibility made Logitech MK270 a great functional keyboard and mouse with an excellent price tag.
